This agreement applies to any client (“Client”) who subscribes to the Design Unlimited Subscription offered by Bureau Imago (“Service Provider”) and completes payment via Stripe or another designated payment method.

By completing the payment, the Client agrees to the following terms.

🎨 1. Services

Bureau Imago provides the following services under the graphic design subscription:
• Unlimited number of graphic design requests
• Delivery within 1–3 business days*
• Unlimited revision rounds until approval
• Delivery in PDF, PNG, JPG, and source files upon request
• Communication via Trello, email, and optionally WhatsApp

*Bureau Imago aims to deliver each request within 1–3 business days. In exceptional cases (such as highly complex projects or temporary capacity constraints), delivery may take longer. In such cases, the client will be informed in a timely manner.

💶 2. Pricing & Payment

• Monthly subscription fee: €945 excl. VAT
• Payment via automatic debit (Stripe)
• Need extra capacity? An additional design slot can be added for €500/month. This can be toggled on or off monthly with no cancellation notice required.

🌱 Bureau Imago actively contributes to climate solutions: 1% of our revenue is invested via Stripe Climate into certified permanent CO₂ removal projects.

🧾 3. Term & Cancellation

• The subscription starts upon receipt of the first payment
• Trial period: During the first month, the client may cancel at any time with immediate effect

After the trial period:

• Monthly cancellable with one month’s notice
• Cancellation before the end of the month = ends at the end of the following month
• Example: cancel on July 20 → service ends August 31
• Cancellation can be done via email, WhatsApp, or phone

🧠 4. Intellectual Property

• The client receives full usage rights to all delivered designs
• Bureau Imago reserves the right to showcase work (anonymously or with permission) in portfolios, social posts, or pitches
• The client may explicitly request that specific work not be shared

• Bureau Imago provides professional and careful work, but cannot guarantee 100% error-free files
• The client remains responsible for final checks before publication or printing

📅 6. Validity

These terms remain in effect for as long as the subscription is active. They remain valid unless amended or terminated in writing according to article 3.
